Everyone is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Purchasing hearing aides can be stressful, but at Hear USA, they help you every step of the way. They financial options and are available to answer questions by phone. I highly recommend them - they're the best!
I had an issue with my streaming that I was on correct myself. I made an appointment with the ladies in th office and in no time was the problem corrected and I was back in business. I love my hearing aids and the streaming features even more. Thank you ladies
Didn’t give them a 5 because of the cost. Considring I had insurance, I thought they would cost less. The audiologist was really good and answered all my questions and the receptionist was very attentive as well. No wait when I got there either.
It was a pleasure visiting here, USA the audiologist was very nice. She was very pleasant and polite and she dealt with my problem. She took my hearing aid, tested them and came back and told me that there was a problem that we had to send them off to get it fixed and they will call me back about Monday or so so everything was fine thank you
