I am really disappointed in them. After I spent thousands of dollars on new hearing aids I was told that the ear bud and wax rings would be replaced free for the life of the hearing aids. On Monday I was charged for both items because of some new policy. Additionally, I was charged sales tax on these items. Durable medical equipment are not taxable items. Nicole was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my questions, adjusted my hearing aids, and is willing to make further adjustments when needed.

The audiologist was fantastic! I was disappointed only in the fact that they don't have hearing aids with my kind of rare hearing loss. Such a bummer.

I love this place! Every time I go they always fix whatever I went there for. They don’t take long at all. I definitely recommend Hear USA!

Kelly and Steven were very courteous and polite. They did their jobs well. 1/16/25. Right hearing aide lost bluetooth connectivity. Steven was able to reprogram my phone to reactivate both hearing aides. 9/3/25. Met our new Audiologist, Nicole. She was pleasant to work with and she updated my hearing aid's software. Kelly was great as usual.
