Kelly and Coleen were great representatives of HearUSA. They took their time and treated me like a friend, not so much as a customer. Things were explained, finances were calculated, phone calls were made AND I got to test out the model of hearing aid I'll be purchasing. The features on the hearing aids match with my profession as a musician and will allow interface with my phone and other electronics in the house. Fitting session will be soon. Can't wait to test these devices in a band rehearsal!
Have been dealing with these folks for about a year trying to get hearing aids. Other places it was clear I would have to take out a small loan to get new hearing aids. With Dr. Steven and his staff, they have gone above and beyond working with my insurance to where I will be getting a new pair. Thank you so much for the amount of effort and dedication you folks have done to help me hear again.
These folks are very nice.They answered all my questions and made my visit pleasant. They helped find me affordable hearing aids. Highly recommend them. My only complaint would be they have limited locations.
My experience with hear usa has been very good. The service department is very helpful and understanding when it comes to repairs or replacement. They are very quick to respond to my needs, so I would like to thank them for their service and quick response.
Steve and Kelly are great people, easy to work with,and make things as smooth as possible for you. And they really listen (pun intended) to your needs.
