Great experience, Nicole is very personable and knowledgeable about their hearing products and helped me get the adjustments I needed for my hearing devices this visit and my first visit . I’ve never had a long wait time and the receptionist is also friendly and kind.
I am really disappointed in them. After I spent thousands of dollars on new hearing aids I was told that the ear bud and wax rings would be replaced free for the life of the hearing aids. On Monday I was charged for both items because of some new policy. Additionally, I was charged sales tax on these items. Durable medical equipment are not taxable items. They were very thorough, explained all test results to me and I had a nice first time experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Both Nicole, the Audiologist, and Kelly, the receptionist were courteous and professional. I felt comfortable during my appointment there.
The audiologist was fantastic! I was disappointed only in the fact that they don't have hearing aids with my kind of rare hearing loss. Such a bummer.
