I was a bit surprised that their receptionist stated that (1) they were booked through ,October and (2) that the office did not have the tools to remove a silicone tip that lodged in my ear after replacing the wax filter. Apparently I didn't have it properly secured back on the post, and it came loose as I was removing the aid. As a result, I had to visit my local urgent care center and incur a $25 co-payment to have it removed. All of my previous visits were flawless.
