My 93 yr old mother broke a wire on one of her hearing aids - I called and they had an appointment that afternoon - Shawn replaced the broken hearing aid wire and then tested her hearing - but - in the process, he discovered that the last place where she was tested (COSTCO - also where she purchased them) had actually programmed them "backwards" - much to my disbelief, he said it wasn't the first time he'd seen that happen - go figure ?
