Ive had lots of appointments and interactions with the local “Hear USA” Lauren has always been helpful and accommodating. She knows her stuff. I know that we all have problems in life and bad days, however, the receptionist does not appear to like or appreciate her job. Ive only had one good encounter with her out of MANY appointments ive had there. This office goes above and beyond to facilitate a smooth interaction not only with adjusting your hearing aids as your hearing changes ( rather then just trying to sell you a new pair!) but also with insuring that your hearing aids are functioning with your Signia blue tooth so you can watch tv as loud as you want with the volume set low so others can sleep…. No extra charges for these adjustments… excellent customer service!! Kudos to Lauren and staff.

I highly recommend HearUSA! First I met Hyaleigh, during the holidays when no one else was around; Hyaleigh was so patient, understanding, and helpful. I had an unusual situation with the hearing aids, and Hyaleigh took special care! Thank you!! I later returned for a hearing test, and Lauren was great!! She thoroughly explained everything, took time to answer every question, found an extra booklet for me … ALL was waay above and beyond the usual experience. My hearing aids are my life line. Lauren Aldana has helped me so much. She blue toothed my phone to my aids and now I am actually able to hear phone conversations, also I now have a box hooked up to my tv that I can hear my favorite shows. Remarkable what Signs has given me. Lauren is so helpful. No one knows how isolated you feel when you have a hearing loss. Thank you so much for helping me become part of society again.
