Some of the nicest people you could ever meet! They really go above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They did a great job exploring my options for hearing aids and handled all the insurance headaches. Keep up the great work everyone.
As a first time hearing aid recipient I must say my experience was nothing but great. Setting up the appointment was easy. Appointment went great. Everything was explained so even I could understand it. Once my paperwork was approved, it took less than a week to receive it. Great place to do business wirh.
The staff at HearUSA were amazing, very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. This was my first time there and was able to have the issue with one aide taken care of in the office!
