The staff is excellent, always friendly and happy to help. I was able to get an appointment quickly to take care of an issue i was having with the app controlling my hearing aids. I would highly recommend hear usa.
The office was nice,clean and cool on a hot day. The receptionist was professional, courteous and quick. I would have given 5 stars however i feel every business can always improve plus 1st time using this location and I just did a drop off for service I haven't received the device back yet. So far a good experience and I thank hear USA for that.
I had a great experience at HearUSA! The people there are very pleasant. She knows what she’s talking about, very informative! I would send anyone there if they need hearing aids.
I have been to Hear.com at the Burton, MI location to see Karin Calviti three times now. Twice for initial testing and fitting of my hearing aids, and yesterday for a technical issue. All experiences with Karin have been friendly, competent, professional and helpful. Hear.com are the only hearing aids I have ever had so I cannot really compare these hearing aids to others beyond they work, and I like them.
My hearing tech was excellent. And the whole experience was top notch. I would recommend HEAR USA to anyone.
