Dr Karin and Patty have been a pleasure to work with. We chose this location because we could get in quicker than the one closer to our house but now I will always choose this location because we had great customer service, communication and they were so helpful to me and my mother-in-law with her physical challenges. Very happy customers :)

my hearing aids were older and we’re working intermittently. When I went in to get Replacements, they had the new ones all programmed and ready to go. Total of about 15 minutes. Best service ever.
I love going there. They make me feel comfortable to ask questions. I just got my 3 rd pair of hearing aids and so far I love them.
