Have been more than satisfied with the process and personal care. Appt time has been maintained at each visit. Answers to questions have been clear and informative. Results are very noticeable and meet expectations. I fully expect that there will be a couple of minor adjustments that will help the tones that I have learned through the trial period.
Hillary and Mike are great. I'm not having any problems with my new hearing aids. I know they will be there for me if I have any questions or concerns.

Well, it was a place to go where you can get help for the loss or the losing of one's ability to hear better than when you thought you knew that you could hear with the best of them! But, lo & behold you turn 65 yrs young & you find yourself saying stuff like, "" &."" too many times to the person. Then you start apologizing for your hearing l oss that plagues so many of us! The hearing examination and testing was very professional. Adjustments were made at this setting with assurance to modify if necessary st the next schedule appointment on line. So far adjustment and enhanced hearing is going well. Looking forward to refinements in two weeks.
