I rarely post reviews, but I had to write this one. My expensive above the ear hearing aids stopped working (broken wire). Bad design. I wanted in the ear devices to replace them. My audiologist informed me that she doesn't have any covered 100% by Blue Cross (over $2,000 benefit every 3 years) and my out of pocket cost would be huge. My husband was having issues with his new hearing aids. The issue was quickly and he is very happy. Mike and Hilary are the best, always helpful and understanding, know just what needs to be done.
I got new hearing aids in FLA and returned home to MI. It kept feeling like my ears were plugged so I went to the local Lansing Hear USA. Michael listened very carefully and knew immediately what the problem was. Switched the domes to a different style. Problem solved. I really appreciated his expertise and now am enjoying my new devices
