My husband was having issues with his new hearing aids. The issue was quickly and he is very happy. Mike and Hilary are the best, always helpful and understanding, know just what needs to be done.
First of all, we try not to say we are having trouble hearing. But, I can not say enough about the Dr, and the service ,I received.He had time to explain everything going on. Hillary and Mike were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Mike explained the results of the audio-graph, and explained the best option for my needs.
have been going to HearUSA in Frandor in Lansing, MI for a number of years. Mike is the one that tests one's hearing, he will also adjust your hearing aids if they need it. Hilary is at the front desk, will schedule appointments, etc. I have them to be very informative as as helpful over the years.
Mike was highly intelligent, well informed and very cordial. He solved my issues in a highly professional manner. I would recommend Hear U.S.A to anyone
