So far I am quite pleased. I'm a long time hearing aid user. This is my third supplier so far and I'm very pleased with the initial results. All of the staff appear competent and easy to work with. The Horizon IX is awesome.
Office staff was professional and knowledgeable about hearing aids and process. The clinician was clear in his instructions and through in explaining why I needed hearing aids, showing me results of the testing immediately. I’d recommend Hearing USA
Friendly staff and excellent service. I was surprised when I was told I don't yet need hearing aids but to reschedule in a year when my hearing might be worse.
Hear usa, has done a good job for me and my hearing deficiency. The location in Lansing MI. in Frandor shopping center has been especially compident and caring of my needs.
It went well, it was only my first visit. The audiologist as very nice and knowledgeable. I felt good afterwards. Let’s hope these aids work as stated
