First of all, we try not to say we are having trouble hearing. But, I can not say enough about the Dr, and the service ,I received.He had time to explain everything going on. The sec. at the front desk was great and friendly.. I would never go any other place. Thank you, both! I can hear things, I haven't heard in a long time. Rita Mackenzie

Have been more than satisfied with the process and personal care. Appt time has been maintained at each visit. Answers to questions have been clear and informative. Results are very noticeable and meet expectations. I fully expect that there will be a couple of minor adjustments that will help the tones that I have learned through the trial period.

This has been a very good experience with hear.com. They have been available for any questions I have had, or the book reviews things I am unsure of and they have checked back to see how things are going. The zoom introduction went very well and I have another zoom meeting scheduled next week.

Hillary and Mike are great. I'm not having any problems with my new hearing aids. I know they will be there for me if I have any questions or concerns.
