2nd visit today ended up been worst than the first one. Rebecca does not know how to connect with clients. When this office send you a text to confirm appts., they add a plan on what to expect during the visit. Well... Rebecca failed badly.
Very rude receptionist, told my Mom who is a patient to “sit down” she was just trying to explain to the lady what her hearing aids were doing!! Lady that works on them is very nice!!! Lady up front, needs to go!!!!
My sister is elderly and handicapped, and Rebecca treated her like 🗑️, when I called to ask why, I asked who I was speaking to and she refused to tell me, I'm guessing it was Rebecca.Why treat the patients that pay your bills so badly 😡
The audiologist, Rebecca Kennedy, was rude and had no desire to help me. From the very first moment she acted like I was bothering her. Brought me in the back, told me she hadn’t had time to look at my chart, without offering to test my hearing stated that the hearing aids would be too expensive and did I really want to pay that. Said she had no time to look up an insurance code. She was mean, obnoxious, angry, and insulting. I will never recommend HearUSA to anyone, especially my community of 937 retired homeowners.
I’ve worn hearing aids for several years and wasn’t aware of some of the issues that were affecting my hearing or the impact not getting those issues fixed could have on my hearing even with hearing aids, and I have been seen by more than 1 audiologist in the past. I am thankful for Rebecca Kennedy and the knowledge she shared with me. The office is pleasant and clean and the staff is super sweet as well.
