My experience at HearUSA could not have been better! Brenda, who guided me through the entire process was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything very well and s bonus, she was a very friendly delight. I was shocked when we arrived at the part of our visit where she put hearing aides in my ears, adjusted to my needs after testing and I could hear so clearly! I’ll be picking up my new hearing aides in two days and can’t wait to be able to hear like that every day. Thank you Brenda!
Been coming to this location for probably 5 years now or better. Service has always been great, however it is no longer great. I have been waiting on a replacement hearing aid for almost 2 months now and my other hearing aid has now quit working as well. They are more than willing to book me an appointment but I can't wait 2 weeks so I can hear again. I think this location has too many clients and not enough doctors/ employees on staff. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need hearing aids.

Dr. Brink is very professional in how she presents herself and her practice. She contacted me 3 times while I was wearing a loaner pair of hearing aids, to check that I was hearing well with the loaners. She also contacted me several times to keep me informed about when my new pair would arrive and any future appointments I would need. She assisted in getting payments processed from my health care coverage and from a loss coverage rider on my homeowners policy (I had lost one of my original hearing aids). I will give only 1 because my hearing aid right side problem was not resolved. The provider even does not take time to examine, say it is good, but the problem is the side hearing is very small, so when you use it the sound is not balanced you can not hear it clear. I have made an appointment to go back again but this time if she can not fix it it’s going to be a waste to me. Lah Wah Customer Hear USA Still Have Hope!
