Dr. Brink is very professional in how she presents herself and her practice. She contacted me 3 times while I was wearing a loaner pair of hearing aids, to check that I was hearing well with the loaners. She also contacted me several times to keep me informed about when my new pair would arrive and any future appointments I would need. She assisted in getting payments processed from my health care coverage and from a loss coverage rider on my homeowners policy (I had lost one of my original hearing aids). Brenda was very knowledgeable and very patient when introducing and educating us on how to use our new hearing aids. Her demonstrations were very helpful and easy to understand. I may have been a “bit” resistant to the idea of hearing aids but Brenda’s empathetic approach helped me get past any concerns i may have had. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending HEAR USA!
I met with Brenda for the 1st time at the Hearing USA Roseville clinic to order new hearing aids. Tara was excellent with checking Arlen's hearing aids. She offered suggested and told us we could order wax filters from Signa, the name of Arlen's hearing aids. Tara has always been professional, listens to our concerns and is encouraging about Arlen wearing his hearing aids. Thank you
Purchased a pair after old ones failed. Tara was informative, which helped my make a choice. Fitting included a sound level test at various frequencies. Aids are well tuned to my hearing needs.
