I’m rating this at two because basically I didn’t get any service. My appointment was made by True Hearing and what I needed was to get hearing aids but when I arrived for my appointment, they couldn’t do hearing aids because the service provider was going on maternity leave. I’ve read good reviews Hear USA and hopefully at my next appointment I will get my hearing aids.

Tara Brink was excellent to work with. She took her time explaining what she was doing and how to respond. She was thorough and patient going through directions on how to insert and remove the hearing aids. She took a lot of time to assure there was total understanding.

My hearing aid was not recharging. For one low price they replaced my hearing aid, setup the tones correctly, showed me how to match up the hearing aid to my phone, and gave me a one year warranty. The new hearing aid works great and I would go back to HearUSA.

Brenda provided outstanding service! She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and gave me a clear, pressure free demonstration and understanding of my options. It was just an excellent experience!

Brenda was very knowledgeable and very patient when introducing and educating us on how to use our new hearing aids. Her demonstrations were very helpful and easy to understand. I may have been a “bit” resistant to the idea of hearing aids but Brenda’s empathetic approach helped me get past any concerns i may have had. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending HEAR USA!
