Tara Brink was excellent to work with. She took her time explaining what she was doing and how to respond. She was thorough and patient going through directions on how to insert and remove the hearing aids. She took a lot of time to assure there was total understanding.
My hearing aid was not recharging. For one low price they replaced my hearing aid, setup the tones correctly, showed me how to match up the hearing aid to my phone, and gave me a one year warranty. The new hearing aid works great and I would go back to HearUSA.
Been coming to this location for probably 5 years now or better. Service has always been great, however it is no longer great. I have been waiting on a replacement hearing aid for almost 2 months now and my other hearing aid has now quit working as well. They are more than willing to book me an appointment but I can't wait 2 weeks so I can hear again. I think this location has too many clients and not enough doctors/ employees on staff. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need hearing aids.
My experience at HearUSA could not have been better! Brenda, who guided me through the entire process was very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything very well and s bonus, she was a very friendly delight. I was shocked when we arrived at the part of our visit where she put hearing aides in my ears, adjusted to my needs after testing and I could hear so clearly! I’ll be picking up my new hearing aides in two days and can’t wait to be able to hear like that every day. Thank you Brenda!
