I had an excellent experience at Hear USA, and an still enjoying the hearing aids I bought there, but that was on the other side of town. I called this location to get some information on referral for a friend. The front desk was less than cordial. It was her way or the highway. I took the highway to the other hearing aid Center down the street. Be careful where you buy your heating aids, the staff makes a big difference on the service you will receive. Field is the best audiologist I have ever worked with. He is generous with his time and takes pleasure in teaching his patients how to deal with issues that come up with their hearing aids. Marcella, the office manager, is very helpful and gets you in to the office when necessary. Having Field and Marcella on my team has guaranteed my success with my Hear.com hearing aids.

I was given a professional hearing test, and was explained the process and science of how my new hearing aid would help me. The employees were professional, explaining the details in a courteous and kind way. I thank them for making me feel at ease and giving me a quality product. I would highly recommend HearUSA, because I have been a client since 2011(in 2 separate cities), and they are still consistant and professional. There is also good follow up when needed.

I decided to take advantage of a free hearing exam because my hearing aids are now seven years old and I got a flyer from Humana, which is my Medicare advantage plan and the prices were even better than Costco! So I thought I would find out the information and I have to say Everything about this place is really good. Very professional and very thorough in the exam and explaining the results. The absolute best! Field explains everything clear & makes understanding the use of the device(s) easy. He takes his time & is very patient. Marcella is amazing as well. She's very pleasant & sweet. There is no way you will go into this office & not feel welcome. My Granny was highly pleased with the services she received.
