Excellent friendly service, repaired hearing aid. Walked in with no appointment, took me after finished with another customer. Did not try to sell me new model, mine worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Marcella is kind and efficient. Field is very professional and really knows his craft , with over 30 years experience. They have on site aids available the day you go in and he is patient through the learning process. I highly recommend this office.
Mr Smith has in-depth knowledge of the hearing aid industry, and therefore is a professional expert when it comes to proper fitting. Additionally, he provides as much time as necessary to be certain patients are satisfied and comfortable wearing new devices…..plus is always available for follow up appointments.
The audiologist was lovely- but I could never recommend buying hearing aids from Hear.com. Their marketing methods are awful. I believed my excellent insurance coverage would mean I was covered for at least 50%. I thought I would be billed for the balance once I had tried out the devices for 45 days. Instead I was charged immediate on my credit card for the full price ( plus an additional cost of $98 ). I only discovered this the day after. Read the small print in the contract!!!! My mom said son you are 18 now, you have to trust your doctor at Hear USA. I went on my own and as she said the doctor took really good care of me. I like that he explained everything to me and makes sure I understand the use of my new hearing aids. The lady at front desk taught me as well to grow up and handle things because I am not always going to have mom here with me.
