Excellent friendly service, repaired hearing aid. Walked in with no appointment, took me after finished with another customer. Did not try to sell me new model, mine worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Receptionist friendly and helpful.
Mr Smith has in-depth knowledge of the hearing aid industry, and therefore is a professional expert when it comes to proper fitting. Additionally, he provides as much time as necessary to be certain patients are satisfied and comfortable wearing new devices…..plus is always available for follow up appointments.
My mom said son you are 18 now, you have to trust your doctor at Hear USA. I went on my own and as she said the doctor took really good care of me. I like that he explained everything to me and makes sure I understand the use of my new hearing aids. The lady at front desk taught me as well to grow up and handle things because I am not always going to have mom here with me. Upon entering the building we were greeted with smiles and a friendly environment. Going to see the Dr was an exceptionally nice experience. Smiled like I was at the dentist getting new teeth. That's just how much he engage with his patients. I was scared at first but once he explained my condition it was an experience of a life time. THANKS SO MUCH.
Mansfield Smith is the best! He personally takes time to explain how the ear “hears” in a way that makes sense. I wish I had known of HEAR.com 20 years earlier. I love the hearing aids. I was amazed at the phone app that functions in so many ways with the hearing aids. Thank you so much.
