I purchased my first pair of Hearing Aids from HearUSA, 4765 Hodges Blvd., Suite 14, Jacksonville, Fl 32224-5279, in January of 2022. I was greeted by a wonderful and efficient lady by the name of Marcella, who did the registration. I was then seen by a very professional, experienced, and friendly Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, Mansfield Smith. The doctor and staff were so very helpful and the doctor took a lot of time with me explaining all the test results and his recommendations what would work best for me. He went above and beyond what a average doctor would do to make sure I was comfortable with and understood how the new aids would work. He is now my "go to hearing doctor" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Hear USA is an amazing place and I had to have a special hearing aid made due to such advanced hearing loss which was done at no extra cost to me. Mansfield was amazing, patient and very helpful. I’m grateful for everything that he has done to help me.
Ms. Marcella was kind and compassionate from my initial phone call to my in-office visit. She scheduled me within a week for my appointment and Mr. Mansfield replaced my broken receiver within minutes and I walked out with a working hearing aid! Highly recommend!
