The doctor and staff were so very helpful and the doctor took a lot of time with me explaining all the test results and his recommendations what would work best for me. He went above and beyond what a average doctor would do to make sure I was comfortable with and understood how the new aids would work. He is now my "go to hearing doctor" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Hear USA is an amazing place and I had to have a special hearing aid made due to such advanced hearing loss which was done at no extra cost to me. Mansfield was amazing, patient and very helpful. I’m grateful for everything that he has done to help me.
When my wife's hearing aids couldn't be delivered before a scheduled vacation, she was given a loaner pair. Great considerate service and a big plus for her enjoyment during our travels. Much appreciated!!!

Walk in visit, greeted immediately, waited no more than 5 minutes, Mr Fields took me back, discovering ear wax had blocked the device. Common problem I thought I had taken care of.
