Pleasantly surprised at how friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough they are here. Valerie took the time to explain the differing options and features and answer all my questions. Pricing was considerably lower than what I was expecting and what friends had paid elsewhere.
A good hearing aid with a good and fair price. Great service with a friendly staff. They worked with our insurance company and the state plans to give us a lot of bang for the bucks. They are also giving us follow up care a year after the original purchase date for free.
Audiologist was very helpful. She explained everything from the testing to the purchase of the hearing aids.She took her time giving me choices that I could use.
Nicole was very easy to talk to...listened carefully..was very thorough, explained why she is recommending the specific device for me. Called me next day to check on me. Follow up visit 2 wks - all good! Thanks!
