I lost my hearing overnight and I’m very pleased with how HearUSA has worked with me. I I started with behind the ears hearing aids and found they didn’t work for me. This was in Florida. I snowbird and spend summers in northern Michigan . HearUSA switched me to in the ear hearing aids and I had problems keeping them in my ears so they had a small clear clip attached to them and so far they are working out great. It’s been a journey getting a solution but they worked with me thru it. The service has been great.
Excellent service. Susan was very professional in dealing with my problem and gave me direction for dealing with this issue in the future. I am very pleased that I decided to work with HearUSA (West Branch, MI), as the product is excellent, as has been the service in getting me squared away with my new hearing aids.
