Sue at Hear USA in West Branch is excellent. She’s always able to meet my needs and fix any issues I have.
When I tried to use my hearing aids yesterday I discovered that they weren’t working. I called Hear Again and was told to bring them in. All it took was a deep cleaning and they were fine again. I was encouraged to use a little more muscle when cleaning them in the future!
Very satisfied. I had three different issues with my hearing aids. Was giving next morning appointment. The visit only lasted approximately 15 minutes. All issues were quickly resolved. I give 5 out of 5 stars.
Great service every time. Any issues we have are always taken care of as soon as possible. Easy to talk to. Susan always listens to any problems we are having. Then she makes sure they are corrected.
Very professional, friendly and accommodating. I had a very good experience using their services.
