Very satisfied. I had three different issues with my hearing aids. Was giving next morning appointment. The visit only lasted approximately 15 minutes. All issues were quickly resolved. I give 5 out of 5 stars.
The three women in that office are so GREAT. Their so personable and Sue she really gets it. She takes the time to make sure your comfortable with your hearing aids and you know how to use them. I just love dealing with her.
Great service every time. Any issues we have are always taken care of as soon as possible. Easy to talk to. Susan always listens to any problems you are having. Then she makes sure they are corrected.
The staff are exceptional! They always make you feel comfortable, they are thorough, and so very helpful. I always enjoy my appointments!
Went to the office for cleaning and was told I needed an appointment, no walk ins! Returned hearing aids and was told one was not working. Need 300.00 to repair! Was charged 10.00 for each one even the broken one! No warranty coverage. I asked how long do these hearing aids last. Was told that they are like a car could last a long time or short time!
