Went to the office for cleaning and was told I needed an appointment, no walk ins! Returned hearing aids and was told one was not working. Need 300.00 to repair! Was charged 10.00 for each one even the broken one! No warranty coverage. I asked how long do these hearing aids last. Was told that they are like a car could last a long time or short time! I can hear again. Thanks to the no nonsense service at HearUSA. My first appointment was quick and easy and 2 weeks later I picked up my aids. Fitting and instructions were clear, simple and I was assured further help, if needed, was only a phone call away.
Sue is an outstanding audiologist. She has worked with my 92 year old mother this past year and made such improvement in her hearing. Sue is also very patient and kind. I would highly recommend Sue and this office.
Staff are always so pleasant. My visit was to acquire their help in hooking up to Bluetooth on phone. Efficient and fast!
My first day and I can hear every word even when the speaker is not facing me. I can turn down the volume on the TV to half of what it was. My own voice sounds different.
