Riverhead office. It was a follow up visit which went very good. from being greeted by Christine and then having Mary make the adjustments to the hearing aids that I requested. Staff is very friendly and helpful
So satisfied..... To from the first greeting by Christine to the fitting and follow up by Mary (Riverhead office) professional, cordial, patient, knowledgeable,and kind....what more can I say! Go there you be glad you did
Excellent facility! Christine at the front desk was super nice & friendly. Mary who does hearing aides was awesome! She helped Dad with his first pair of hearing aides. Mary took the time to answer all questions, big or small. The office was so clean, everyone was so friendly! It's awesome my Dad can hear again! Mary & Christine were happy like we were family getting hearing aides! Much thanks!
So far so good, testing went OK, but I needed test results and clearance from my doctor. So I wasn’t able to get fitted for the hearing aid's.
Marry is wonderful audiologist, made sure MOM understands everything about new hearing aid,downloaded app on my phone by herself and explained in detail how to use app for volume ,noise,and etc. Christine helped all the way with insurance issues (communication and pushing them for approval).kept us up to date all the time ,always smiling and helping .wonderful experience. If anyone looking for great audiologist and exceptional service of front desk this is "Go to place"
