I recently visited HEAR in Riverhead. Mary, the audiologist was professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to review my audiogram, explain my hearing loss in clear terms, and walk me through how different frequencies affect everyday listening. I appreciated that she let me try a demo and explained what I was hearing and why. She also explained that any hearing aids I choose will come with follow‑up visits and fine‑tuning to make sure everything is adjusted correctly.
Mary is truly amazing. She explained everything so clearly and patiently with my Mom, who is 91 years old, and an immigrant so English is her second language. I highly recommend Mary at HearUSA in Riverhead.
Riverhead office. It was a follow up visit which went very good. from being greeted by Christine and then having Mary make the adjustments to the hearing aids that I requested. Staff is very friendly and helpful
