Sheila is very personable and is a wealth of information when it comes to ears. She was able to discern my hearing problems and get me the right hearing aids to address my issues. For years I have been using the wrong hearing aids. I look forward to a long and positive relationship with this incredible audiologist

I enjoy going to Hear USA on 192 in West Melbourne the staff is excellent. They treat you like family. They listen to you And make sure when you leave you’re happy they don’t try to rush you out. Thank you!

Sheila did a very good job explaining the hearing test, executing the test and sharing the results. I have mild to moderate hearing loss. Sheila did not try to sell me the Cadilac of hearing aids which were not necessary in my case. She gave her expert opinion as to brand and type that would work well for me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is there was no person to greet us upon arrival and we were about 1/2 hour late getting started. Sheila was very professional. Walked me thru every step and answered any questions. Was very informative and made my visit very pleasant. Hate the fact that I need hearing aids but Sheila helped me come to terms with it.
