The audiologist Sheila, and Traci at HearUSA are professional, personable, and friendly. This is my fourth set of hearings aids. My first set with Shelia. Sheila is the best, she listens, she makes adjustments and makes my aids better.
Amazing Audiologist (Shelia) and front office person (Tracy) at the West New Haven Ave, West Melbourne location. I am the daughter and advocate for my 90 year old Father. We got referred to HearUSA and I feel has been the best thing for us to try and get back our family communication with our Father. An absolute professional, listens to you first, then diagnoses the best fit for me. I had a problem with the right unit about 10 months later and she promptly sent it off for a new one. No hassle, argument or excuses. I am very satisfied and will return when it’s time for my new hearing aids. Hope she is still there
I care for an elderly couple with mild dementia, Tracy is wonderful, and so is her boss, the ear doctor. They always welcome us in with a smile, and care deeply for their patients.
Sheila was most helpful in fully explaining features of the devices that I selected. She is incredibly knowledgeable of hearing difficulties and appropriate remedies.
