The first appointment my daughter had was fine. It was the second appointment were everything took a turn. We scheduled an appointment for 3:30 to pick up the hearing aid. We had the appointment card for 3:30 and my daughter had the appointment confirmed verbally over the phone. We get a call around 2:40 saying that the appointment was at 2:30. My daughter the day of the appointment she receives a call that her appointment was at 2:30 and it was already 2:45. She tried to call the office back several times and no one answere... read more
