Only had the hearing aids about 24 hours, they are great so far. The purchasing, fitting, testing could not have been any better. They most certainly want you to be satisfied
I could not have asked for better service and care. I felt that I was really listened to. Every question was thoroughly addressed. The information provided was so very helpful. I am so thankful I was sent to them. I don't feel alone with a product that is not quite there. So far, every concern has been addressed.
