I have been so pleased with both the excellent expertise of the audiologist, Magdalena Sarria, who has been my audiologist at Hear USA on Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn, as well as the kind and efficient guidance she has provided with regards to the successful use of my hearing aids. I am grateful that she and the office is here in my neighborhood.

I made the appointment because my hearing aids were not functioning properly. Ms Sarria listened to my concerns and made the proper diagnosis. She changed some parts and adjusted the volume. The improvement was immediate. She was patient, attentive and, obviously, very competent. Thank you for such great service.

So very pleased with the Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn Hear USA location. Both the receptionist and the audiologist were super helpful. Part of a hearing aid was stuck in my ear and it was removed painlessly. New ear tips were installed. Happy customer. Will return if a need arises.

Ms Magdalena in Brooklyn is extremely competent and excellent she does a thorough exam listens to your concerns and sends you home a happy soul! I strongly recommend her. You will be a happy long term client I guarantee! None of the above is hyperbole!

I love this place. My mom, Eartha Smith had an appointment with HearUSA, Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn. Dr. Magdalena and her staff were a joy to work with. They're pleasant attitudes, kindness, and respect towards my mom and I were top notch! We are looking forward for her next visit, which is to pick up her Hearing Aides.
