One of my hearing aids stopped working. I was able to get an appointment for the next business day. The audiologist Magdalena Sarria is very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and gentle. She repaired the hearing quickly.

I made the appointment because my hearing aids were not functioning properly. Ms Sarria listened to my concerns and made the proper diagnosis. She changed some parts and adjusted the volume. The improvement was immediate. She was patient, attentive and, obviously, very competent. Thank you for such great service.

audiologist, Magdalena was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, as well as accommodating and generally a pleasure to work with, taking extra time with testing, and to make sure my new hearing aids we're properly set up - had an older set of hearing aids repaired in addition to the new ones I purchased, and I was given a 'loaner' to use until my new hearing aids arrived - some red tape with insurance issues, but overall a very positive experience - I would recommend this office to anyone with hearing issues, and will ... read more

I have been so pleased with both the excellent expertise of the audiologist, Magdalena Sarria, who has been my audiologist at Hear USA on Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn, as well as the kind and efficient guidance she has provided with regards to the successful use of my hearing aids. I am grateful that she and the office is here in my neighborhood.
