I love this place. My mom, Eartha Smith had an appointment with HearUSA, Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn. Dr. Magdalena and her staff were a joy to work with. They're pleasant attitudes, kindness, and respect towards my mom and I were top notch! We are looking forward for her next visit, which is to pick up her Hearing Aides.

She’s very professional, friendly, and answers all questions and her receptionist is very sweet. Both are very friendly They welcome you as if you were already part of the family. During the test, they make you feel at home. They are concerned about your well-being, providing good energy. They do excellent work, very good service, and equipment. Many blessings!

It was a very calm and focused experience- the front desk person and the audiologist were very helpful. our interaction was effective and we got the job done. I am now wearing my hearing aids with confidence as my brain is processing new sounds. ‘The audiologist nailed it!’

My checkup went beautifully. I arrived early and the doctor was free so there was no wait time. I had been hearing some little noises over the weekend. After the doctor adjusted my hearing aides the noises disappeared and the volume is at a perfect level.
