She’s very professional, friendly, and answers all questions and her receptionist is very sweet. Both are very friendly They welcome you as if you were already part of the family. During the test, they make you feel at home. They are concerned about your well-being, providing good energy. They do excellent work, very good service, and equipment. Many blessings!

I love this place. My mom, Eartha Smith had an appointment with HearUSA, Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn. Dr. Magdalena and her staff were a joy to work with. They're pleasant attitudes, kindness, and respect towards my mom and I were top notch! We are looking forward for her next visit, which is to pick up her Hearing Aides.

It was a very calm and focused experience- the front desk person and the audiologist were very helpful. our interaction was effective and we got the job done. I am now wearing my hearing aids with confidence as my brain is processing new sounds. ‘The audiologist nailed it!’

My HearUSA experience was incredible! The audiologist who worked with me was patient and knowledgeable. First, she facilitated my interaction with my insurer to obtain my coverage. Then, she walked me through the steps of using the hearing aids from turning them on and off to the various adjustments I could make to the aids to customize them to different situations I may be in. I enthusiastically recommend HearUSA as the place to purchase your hearing aids.
