Hear USA was awesome a great experience. You feel very comfortable as soon as you enter. Everyone was extremely friendly and it's a very calming atmosphere. And they are extremely professional as well. This is my go to for all my hearing needs. I highly recommend.
After over 20 years of not being able to hear, my husband walked out with a new pair of hearing aides that work amazingly! Mary and the office manager were fantastic, patient, and understanding. Complete life changing experience for our family!! Recommended 10/10.
My husband went in to see about having his ear pieces cleaned. He was met with a smile. She took the ear pieces, switched them out and gave him a time frame to come back. All at no charge.. Thank you Hear USA
Mary and Theresa at the Palatka, Fl. Office are outstanding people. We will continue to use them. We just purchased my husbands second set of hearing aids. Love this office!
I needed new hearing aids and Mary took her time to help me get set with the new ones. I went home and things went quite right and I called and she was able to work through it!
