The hearing test was very thorough. Mary was extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as fun to interact with. She clearly explained my results. The personell at ther hearing tests I've received were more interested in selling me a hearing aid i did not need. I truly appreciated her honest diagnosis. Best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend HearUSA.
I travel a little over one hundred miles round trip just to go to the Hear USA store in Palatka Florida. and trust me it is a well worth it trip rain or shine or a problem with the clutch on my car.(made there and back) I can go to four other places that are closer to my address but I do the drive. if I need an appoiment or just a simpie adjustment on my hearing aids. I will tell you Mary Leckey and the lady at the front desk are a number one team. You wont find a better knowledgeable team as those two people...
Mary Leckey BC-HIS Hearing Aid Specialist, was thorough and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and shared some knowledge with me. She suggested I check with an ear, throat and nose dr. The fluctuation in my hearing ability might be medical. Her honesty was refreshing. Im going to take her advice. And go back to her if I need to. I Highly recommend her..
I was in the hearing center today August 26th 2026 what a rude and arrogant woman she was will not go back. The phone rang while I was there. She was just as rude and arrogant to that person.
The technician at Hearjng USA is always professional and nice. She fixes my mom's hearing aides quickly. I appreciate Hearing USA so much especially since they have a local shop right here in Palatka, Florida. Thank you. Abby
