I walked out of this business because I did not like the attitude of Robert S******** who waited on me. He said, “Nice to meet you,” without introducing himself. He quoted a price of $365 for services I might need and said that I might as well get new hearing aids for a minimum of $1398. I said that I needed a hearing test, but made no effort to provide that.

Office offered a 60 day return policy for the hearing aids. I called on the 60th day after testing them and explained I would not be keeping the aids. I was given an appointment that was 10 days past the review period. I explained that it would be past the due date but took the appointment thinking it was the process for returning the devices. Keeping the appointment I was told I was past the due date and I would need to talk to *********** itself. I called that day and tried to explain the situation. The HearUSA office blam... read more
