I had a great experience today at the store of HEAR USA on St Lucie Blvd West where bought it some years ago, and today especially a great Client Care experience with the Assistant Elisa. My hearing aid didn't work anymore even thought I checked it out on possible dirt. Didn't solve it. So I got to the Store and Elisa fixed it within 10 min, at no cost.
