Audiologist Rupa is very nice and met with Deaf client like me. Provided sign language interpreter during my appointment. Took hearing test and plan to have new hearing aids arrangement.
McKenna was very informative. I was a little misunderstanding about my initial trial of the Widex Moment product with regard to actual cost. So now I have to try the Signia product and really within my price range don't have any other choice. She helped clear that up.
Rupa is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful takes her time with you and never hurries !!! I won’t go anywhere else and I travel almost 3 hours to get there.
Another great experience with Dr. Rupa. Five stars all the way. Folks, if you need hearing aids you need to see her.
