Jennifer , the receptionist, was very polite as we checked in. Within 5 min. Ruba, the audiologist, ushered us into her office for my appointment, which focused on a tiny clink sound I’d been hearing in my hearing aids for many months. After Ruba cleaned and made sure I was hearing adequately we discussed what the problem could be. I absolutely love going here. The gal who is at the front desk is very nice and friendly and makes me feel at home. The gentleman before her was also very friendly and kind. Dr. Rupa Rao is the sweetest doctor ever. I didn’t think I had a need for her services but they were giving away gift cards if you took the hearing test so me and my friend Debbie took the test (just for the gift cards) and we were both told we needed hearing aids!!! I have been a client with Hear USA for several years. I have been totally satisfied up until now. When I arrived for my latest appointment I was informed that they are no longer accepting my insurance. I was advised to call my insurance carrier to find a new provider. This is very concerning and very inconvenient for me. It was a Poor choice for HearUSA to make & one that I find discriminating to say the least.
My experience at Hearing USA Dublin is always wonderful. Ashley is always helpful and courteous. Rupa Rao, M.A is a true professional and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is patient in explaining different ways to use my IPhone to get the most of my hearing aids. I’m so glad I am a patient!
Dr. Rupa Rao is excellent audiologist for my new hearing aid. She explained everything to me about new hearing aid and demonstrated all what I need to do in future. Obviously I recommend her for Medicare Advantage Plan via Humana insurance.
