Dr. RuPaul is outstanding in every way. Her explanation of my hearing issues was precise and easy to understand, with a chart included. She also offered excellent advice on hearing aids, including suggesting that I choose a color that matches my hair color in order to conceal the hearing aids even more. I highly recommend her!
I am very happy with Hear USA. The stag is friendly and Rupa answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and she ordered the correct hearing aids for meI am enjoying hearing with my new hearing aids.
All my questions and concerns answered completely. I have been wearing my hearing aids for two weeks and I already know they are a game changer. Rupa is so knowledgeable, patient and professional. And she is so encouraging and enthusiastic during the whole process.
Hearing aid quit working, under warranty. It was under 2 weeks to get fixed but had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get appointment to pick it up and then got charged $65 for the appointment. IT was under warranty!!! Should have cost me anything!!! Looking for new office
Everyone is very helpful and the person setting up many of the features for my hearing aids is very knowledgeable, very prompt in getting all the work done. Everyone is also very friendly. Always a good visit!
