I got exceptional service. From Ashley checking me in to Dr. Rao helping me hear like normal again. I can’t thank them enough. I go back for a follow up in October 2026 and I can’t wait. Thank you Ashley and Dr. Rao for taking care of me.
Rupa Rao was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and genuinely cared about helping me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent audiologist.
I absolutely love going here. The gal who is at the front desk is very nice and friendly and makes me feel at home. The gentleman before her was also very friendly and kind. Dr. Rupa Rao is the sweetest doctor ever. I didn’t think I had a need for her services but they were giving away gift cards if you took the hearing test so me and my friend Debbie took the test (just for the gift cards) and we were both told we needed hearing aids!!! Jennifer , the receptionist, was very polite as we checked in. Within 5 min. Ruba, the audiologist, ushered us into her office for my appointment, which focused on a tiny clink sound I’d been hearing in my hearing aids for many months. After Ruba cleaned and made sure I was hearing adequately we discussed what the problem could be. My experience at Hearing USA Dublin is always wonderful. Ashley is always helpful and courteous. Rupa Rao, M.A is a true professional and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is patient in explaining different ways to use my IPhone to get the most of my hearing aids. I’m so glad I am a patient!
