Went for an update for my hearing devices. The update was undertaken with the latest technology. Each step was explained to me throughout the process by the staff member and the audiologist . The minute I left the facility I noticed a tremendous difference. Overall the visit was excellent .

It was easy to schedule an appointment for the repair of my hearing aids. A software upgrade was done and some tuning of the hearing aids was also completed. The audiologist was very friendly and took care of the needed repair and adjustments quickly and professionally. I'll be back in a few months for another checkup.

I cant say enough about Rupa and Carson. Both were very helpful, most caring and very knowledgeable in every way.. I had several scheduling issues and was very ill. The office bent over backwards to help me because I was forced to cancel and reschedule my appointment more then once. Rupa made sure I understood what it took to be able to utilize the hearing aids and the program for them. I will definitely return to her, for any future needs.

The problem I was having with my hearing aids was easily remedied. I was given some tools to help me "fix" any further problems and encouraged to either make future regular appointments or schedule at my own convenience. I was off with my hearing aids working once again in just a few minutes. Excellent and friendly staff. Thanks.

Great experience! Rupa really took her time with the comprehensive hearing test she administered and then described my options as well as the information I needed to make an informed purchasing decision.
