Stacy, the audiologist, is awesome. She is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job with my family member. However, the receptionist, Sue, needs extensive training in customer service, listening skills, and patience which is required while working with the public esp the elderly population.
HearUSA really helped me ! I had loud ringing in my ears for years. Stacy (Audiologist at HearUSA) told me (when I went in to HearUSA with my wife) that she thought she could help my Tinnitus. I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test. Hearing aids were supplied and received 2 weeks later. It's been just 3 days and the ringing in both of my ears is very low or gone. Well finally got hearing aids that I needed for years. Went to HEARUSA and they hooked me up with a great pair of hearing aids now I can hear everything. Only complaint I have is they fail to contact me for a yearly exam or adjustments. But would recommend.
