Ive been a patient of HEAR-USA for the past 4-5 years. Recently I had an issue with my hearing aids not always connecting or only hearing sound out of one of them. I contacted Hear USA to have them checked out. Once in the office, I was informed that my aids still had a few months left in the warranty. HearUSA really helped me ! I had loud ringing in my ears for years. Stacy (Audiologist at HearUSA) told me (when I went in to HearUSA with my wife) that she thought she could help my Tinnitus. I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test. Hearing aids were supplied and received 2 weeks later. It's been just 3 days and the ringing in both of my ears is very low or gone. Just excellent! Sue and Stacy are wonderful to work with! I was using some Costco aids the past 2 years and wasn't really hearing well at all. Costco retested and found my speech recognition had dropped over 20% sink my last test, oh no! Stacy the audiologist told me to relax and she would try to make sense of the situation. She retested me with the machine at a reasonable volume and speech recognition jumped from the 40% range to 84% in each ear without any hearing aids! Talk about relief!
