Ive been a patient of HEAR-USA for the past 4-5 years. Recently I had an issue with my hearing aids not always connecting or only hearing sound out of one of them. I contacted Hear USA to have them checked out. Once in the office, I was informed that my aids still had a few months left in the warranty. HearUSA really helped me ! I had loud ringing in my ears for years. Stacy (Audiologist at HearUSA) told me (when I went in to HearUSA with my wife) that she thought she could help my Tinnitus. I scheduled an appointment for a hearing test. Hearing aids were supplied and received 2 weeks later. It's been just 3 days and the ringing in both of my ears is very low or gone. They go above and beyond. From the moment you walk in you are treated like you matter. Forget long waits, they see you on time! Yet I never felt rushed. Doctor takes her time, explains everything, offers you options without making it confusing. I wish my other doctors provided the kind of care and personalized attention I received here.
