This was a great experience at Hear USA, Oregon City, Oregon because Jacob discovered I had part of my hearing aid ear bud stuck in my ear, so the ear drum was not able to vibrate. He removed it and I can hear again! He does efficient work and listens to my concerns.

My recent hearing test and consultation was excellent. As a 77-year old with hearing issues, I was interested in a very thorough evaluation and assessment. I've been wearing hearing aids for 12 years (probably needed them before that). This was a very positive experience. They went out of their way to accommodate an appointment change so my husband and myself could have consecutive appointments. The testing was explained prior and reviewed within the appointment, allowing us to make appropriate decisions based on the results.
