This was a great experience at Hear USA, Oregon City, Oregon because Jacob discovered I had part of my hearing aid ear bud stuck in my ear, so the ear drum was not able to vibrate. He removed it and I can hear again! He does efficient work and listens to my concerns.

I knew my hearing was bad. I went with the idea that hearing aids were a negative impact on my "look". Not only is ALL the staff courteous but Dr T was so understanding and gental I cried when he placed my new "ears" on and I could hear. I can't say thank you enough to HearUSA and im proud to point out and tell everyone how great I feel. I urge anyone with a hearing issue to visit HearUSA. You won't be disappointed.
