My father walked in, with no appt, and was helped by Julie with excellent customer service. Since his hearing aids were not working, she gave him a loaner pair and sent his in for repair. When he picked up his hearing aids, she gave him an updated exam to make sure they were adjusted appropriately. I highly recommend Julie and her staff. They are kind, courteous, and very helpful.
