Victoria, the receptionist, was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She was very polite when answering the telephone. A gentleman came in, without an appointment, and was having some issues with his hearing aids. Victoria listened to him and then fixed the problems that he was having. My experience with Tori was amazing! She's an exceptional audiologist who is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to hear your concerns and questions. She gave me all the information and details I needed for my first hearing aids and she made me feel at ease during the hearing tests. I can tell that she truly cares about getting the right hearing aids you need. I highly recommend this place!
Trori is the best. She always takes all the time necessary to totally satisfy her patient's needs. even if it makes other patients late with their appointments. This is refreshing in today's world. I do not mind waiting because I know I will get the same treatment that her prior patient received.

If you are experiencing hearing loss, please be sure to contact Hear USA. I scheduled an appointment with the Sun City West location and absolutely had a great experience! Madison, the receptionist is very kind and knowledgeable. Tori Bloomquist, the audiologist, was very patient and kind. I never felt rushed and she wanted to make sure she covered all my questions and that I was comfortable with my new hearing aids before I left. You won't be disappointed!
