VANESSA is very knowledgeable, about her product line. She listened to what my concerns were & my hearing objectives were. My hearing aids were adjusted to make noisy environments easier to hear in. My questions were anawered about upgrading my aids. Vanessa checked with my insurance to see what my benefits would cover & called me within a few hours. She's remarkable! Vanessa, and her office assistant Kim, at the Sun City West, AZ office are wonderful to work with. I recently saw Vanessa for a problem I had been having with my hearing aids. She immediately identified the problem, corrected it, gave me some good advice, and I was out of the office even before my scheduled appointment time! I can definitely recommend this office for great service.
FIRST POSTED JULY 2025: Tori is a very caring provider, going out of her way to ensure the hearing solution meets (or exceeds) my needs. Oh, and I am hearing so much better now! I highly recommend the team at the Hear USA office in West Sun City, AZ. UPDATE: JANUARY 2026: Tori has retired. Since her departure, the service at this facility has dropped dramatically. Tori is the BEST! Hate to see her leave this practice and so unfortunate what led her to this decision. Lack of help, no receptionist, running the office herself, etc. you are losing an excellent audiologist!! So very disappointing! This is a retirement community, where probably more than 50% of the people wear hearing aids, so it’s a needed service! Finding a top notch audiologist is even more difficult! Terrible customer service. Bought brand new top of the line Phonak hearing aids that needed to go back to the manufacturer to sync with custom ear molds and have been waiting over 5 weeks for their return. Communication and updates almost nonexistent. High turnover of Audiologist and office staff are the main reasons. The original Audiologist dealt with was Tori and she was excellent
