Tori is a very caring provider, going out of her way to ensure the hearing solution meets (or exceeds) my needs. Oh, and I am hearing so much better now! I highly recommend the team at the Hear USA office in West Sun City, AZ.

Victoria, the receptionist, was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She was very polite when answering the telephone. A gentleman came in, without an appointment, and was having some issues with his hearing aids. Victoria listened to him and then fixed the problems that he was having. She told him that if he had any more problems to just come back and she will take care of him. Tori, the audiologist, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind. I had an appointment with Tori on Aug. 25th. She made some adjustments on my hearing aids and showed me how I can answer the phone using my hearing aids. Tori was very patient with me, and I hope I can continue to use the aids without any problems.

Tori has been my Audiologist since we moved to Arizona in March, 2022. I've had several visits with her since and she is simply a very wonderful, beautiful, caring and knowledgeable person with great attention to detail. She and her staff have always helped me to live with a severe hearing loss and made my life easier to deal with my disability.

My experience with Tori was amazing! She's an exceptional audiologist who is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to hear your concerns and questions. She gave me all the information and details I needed for my first hearing aids and she made me feel at ease during the hearing tests. I can tell that she truly cares about getting the right hearing aids you need. I highly recommend this place!
