Everyone was very friendly and informative. The doctor and her student were professional and quite helpful by explaining the results of my test and showed me how to use the hearing aids. I am going back in a week for my fitting and adjustments.
I was very pleased with HearUSA from the moment I walked in. Very professional I must add I was on a waiting list and with it being December I didn’t think I’d get in. They had a cancellation at the last moment and Brenda called me. I was very pleased they got me in tested and ordered my hearing aids. The ladies were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very nice and thorough professionals. I will be going back to them year after year. I would recommend them for anyone who thinks or has hearing difficulties. They don't push you into costly products. They recommend what you need. Great place!
Ashley was awesome as always. She is very friendly, pays close attention to what you tell her is wrong with the hearing aid(s) and executes a plan to correct the problem. We love having her as our hearing aid doctor.
Great place to Get hearing aids. Ashley Groeber the Doctor at Hear USA was AWESOME!! She diagnosed my hearing issue, set me up with the hearing aids. I came back around a week later after my trip on Honor Flight , had a ball and could hear almost everything. She fine tuned the aids and they are even better.
