Getting an appointment was very easy and check in the day of the appointment went smoothly. Brenda was very helpful. Ashley explained everything about my hearing tests and was thorough with her explanations. I am still deciding if I want to go ahead with hearing aids, but will decide soon.
They were far and honest to me. I may have a Vet disability in hearing. Recommended filing for disability. Thank you for your honesty
I made my appointment a month out. They took all my information over the phone and I waited for the date. I made arrangements for childcare, time off work, etc. I live an hour away so I drove all the way here just for them to tell me my SRT score (25) has to be 30 before my insurance covers anything. Ok then why wouldn’t they tell me that when I made the appointment and didn’t waste time off work, 2 hours of drive time AND finding childcare!? First time, so I can’t compare them to anyone else. Was pleased with the Dr. and she spent a lot of time explaining my hearing issues so I could understand them.
Easy to find, great service, answers all my question. Friendly people and fun to talk to. I've been going there for over two years.
