Dr. Ashley was wonderful. She took her time, explained everything that my Mother could understand (age 90) and were so excited to pick up her new hearing aids in a week!
HearUSA is an amazing choice when choosing the right fit for your hearing needs. Brenda works in the front of the office, she is just the sweetest and is so helpful. When I call to schedule an appointment she's always willing to help me out, and she makes me feel like a person, not just another medical record number. Getting an appointment was very easy and check in the day of the appointment went smoothly. Brenda was very helpful. Ashley explained everything about my hearing tests and was thorough with her explanations. I am still deciding if I want to go ahead with hearing aids, but will decide soon.
Ashley is great. She listens, troubleshoots, corrects as needed and is extremely supportive. Excellent person and professional. Thank you!
