I have never had a bad visit. One phone call got me set up with fantastic hearing aids. They have not had an issue in the 6 years that I have owned them. They have all the modern features for smart phones. The staff has always been easily accessible, helpful and kind! I stop in every 3 months for my cleanings and it only takes a couple of minutes! I could not be happier with the entire experience and am so grateful I can hear again!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was presented with many options and could choose the one that’s right for me. A very enjoyable experience! Update, I received my hearing aids. Ashlee set them up for me and I can’t believe the difference in my hearing. Ashlee is amazing and went above and beyond in ensuring I received high quality devices. She is amazing. I would recommend Ashlee and her team to anyone needing high quality devices and professional advice

I had to go back and have the hearing aids readjusted because the right one stopped working. A few days later the right one stopped working again but then it came back on so I will need to have it adjusted I think there is something wrong with it. Ashley was very patient with me and took care of my problem to the best of her ability I believe

Working with Ashlee was a pleasure. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. She explained the results of my hearing test in a way I could understand and then went over the types of hearing aids that she felt would be best for me. I never felt she was “pushing “ one brand but she did suggest two brands that she felt addressed my specific problem better but assured me that if I chose a different brand, she would order that for me to try. The Receptionist was able to answer many of my questions and helped me set up my hearing aids so they worked better. THANK YOU, you are WONDERFUL!! The Audiologist further adjusted the balance and completely solved my itching ears problem. I want to tell her, I got the Tea Tree Oil and am using it every day. I have no more itching problem. I told the pharmacy at Walmart about the Tea Tree Oil so they can pass the treatment on to others with the same problem. THANK YOU, you are the BEST!!! I have already started recommending... read more
