For the first time having my hearing tested I was nervous not knowing what to expect but Lisa was very informative, professional and assured me it was nothing to worry about. Afterwards, she explained the results, the types of hearing aids offered and kept asking if I had any questions she could answer. Which I did and she answered all my questions thoroughly. There never was a sales pitch. Thank you Lisa. Very professional but also on a personal level.
