I care for an 80 year old man who has bad ear problems his whole life. He kept telling me his hearing aids weren't working so I kept taking him to hear USA and every time they were so kind and understanding one time they actually needed to be fixed but this last time they looked into his ears and advised me he had an infection so I immediately called the doctor they are so kind such wonderful people here the service is excellent go there for your hearing needs. Great customer service
The woman at the front desk is great. She always helps me. She’s very nice and always takes care of my problems.
I was welcome to the office by a receptionist who is kind and professional. Jose is an specialist in audiology with knowledge and experience that satisfy anybody needs. He is also kind, patient and he won't let you go until you are totally satisfied.
My husband’s HearUSA consultant and staff in North Miami Beach have been very helpful and patient in a difficult situation. Hearing problems are very individual. It can be complicated and requires a lof of patience with patients.
Dr Traconis was wonderful. My new hearing aids are great.
