I was welcome to the office by a receptionist who is kind and professional. Jose is an specialist in audiology with knowledge and experience that satisfy anybody needs. He is also kind, patient and he won't let you go until you are totally satisfied.
The staff was friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be explained. You audiologist was patient caring and patiently explained what needed to be done. I might add he also is knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Hear USA to anyone who wants a hands-on experience.
My husband’s HearUSA consultant and staff in North Miami Beach have been very helpful and patient in a difficult situation. Hearing problems are very individual. It can be complicated and requires a lof of patience with patients.
I have been going to Hear USA for years. The NE 30 and 163 street location is the best, Staff is ALWAYS professional and courteous. The Broward location is not. I had a bad experience and will not return.
