The front desk person was speaking loudly with the gentleman who was going to service me in Spanish about how they weren’t sure about what I wanted and lots of tension in the room especially she said in Spanish she will need to pay for an adjustment and I didn’t mind paying but I didn’t feel welcome at all on the appointment differently from the day in December when I purchase a very expensive hearing aid with them . He was more concern about he will not replace them . I didn’t mind paying . It wasn’t a good experience.

I went to this Office of HearUSA. Completely professional, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this office and the people who take the time to treat you so well and make sure you understand your hearing condition and the equipment provided to eliminate your hearing loss. Oh and by the way, to my delight and surprise, the hearing aids are so small that they are practically invisible, but still provide great sound. As they said, "It's like Glasses for the Ears!"

The location of HearUSA that I visited was new to me and I went by referral of my ENT. I felt very welcome from my arrival time. My test was very professional and meticulously done. I spent about 1 hour which had been anticipated to me. Dr. Jose Troconis was very friendly and deeply explained to me the results and remedies of my test. I will happily return to their office to get my new hearing aids. I strongly recommend this HearUSA location and the experience of Dr. Troconis.
