Was a great experience going to hear USA! The person who tested my husband & I was very kind & quite thorough. I was happy to learn I am not in the place for a hearing aid yet. As far as my husband his ears were full of wax. He had to get some debrox to soften it & go to the PCP to have it removed & then back to Hear USA for his hearing test. Felt this was the most professional and thorough eval I have had In my current search for a good hearing aid provider. I won't be buying new hearing aids right away but I will return here when I do.
