I had a very good experience with the He a at the HearUSA facility. The staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. They didn't rush me in and out. They took their time to explain every aspect of the process of getting hearing aids for the first time. How to use and take care of them. How to insert them. My personal agent was patient and kind and very personable. I would highly recommend HearUSA to my family and friends.
Ellie was fabulous, personable, very informative, and enthusiastic to clearly explain to us in all the important factors about hearing aids. She is a huge asset to the company and they are fortunate to have her professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm . Thankful to learn so much about the types of hearing aids and how the type you purchase should be made by the individual who's buying them.
Elli (Elizabeth Jenks) staff audiologist hearing aid specialist at at Hear USA Stuart location was very helpful in review of my 7 yr old signia brand hearing aids. Reminded me of the various button hearing level adjustments, installed new plastic "wire" retainers and hearing aid cuffs the latter of which help in my hearing keeping a snug fit to my hearing channel.
