The lady at front desk is very kind and helpful for scheduling appointments. The doctor is rude at times. My husband purchased his hearing aids three years. He’s had nothing but problems with them. They cost him over 3,500.00 . We took them back several times during the course of 3 years. New ones were given to him. I think they were refurbished. Both the intake person and the audiologist make me feel comfortable and at home; I have known them for more than 10 years. Their charges are reasonable in view of the effort involved in keeping my Signia hearing aids working at their best.
Jim is the best. He takes time with you. I was rushed in and out this last time. Jim was out ill. I just don’t feel I received the attention I should have gotten.
