April is amazing. She doesn’t give up. She works with you until your hearing is perfect and your hearing aids comfortable. I love her calm and persistent attitude. It’s a pleasurable experience. I know she’s going to make certain you stay on track and are happy. I feel lucky to be her client. And Nicole and Mandy are so pleasant too and efficient too. GREAT OFFICE!!!
I recently took my mom to this location, where I witnessed firsthand the unprofessional behavior from April. She spoke in a loud, irritated tone and placed blame on my mom for issues with her hearing aids. She was disrespectful during the whole visit, which my mom has encountered before. It’s deeply upsetting how my 83 year old mom was treated. I would not recommend April for your provider. According to her bio, she claims to have a passion for patient care. If this is her version of that, it’s very concerning.
