Hear USA has treated us well over the years. We are able to get appointments within a day or two. The office is clean and bright and the personnel knowledgeable. We like the fact that the audiologist, Dr. LaCarra is always the same. He is always warm and welcoming.
I had a successful follow-up visit after using my hearing aids for a few months. They were not connecting fully with my phone or the app, which required a reset possible only in the office. The problem was resolved quickly.
