I purchased insignia hearing aid set about 8 years ago. During that time they have been quite satisfactory and I've had them clean on several occasions with no problems. Now I'm told by Dr Delgado that the hearing aids are too old to clean and service and they won't do it anymore despite the fact I willing to pay for it. In my view these h aides are quite serviceable and okay and could be serviced and recalibrates it maybe and would give more years of good service but this office will not service them.
