Went in to have hearing aids adjusted. Raymond was very thorough. He re-tested my hearing to see if there had been any change and recalibrated my hearing aids accordingly. Was very satisfied with the service I received.
Raymond Acevedo 👍🏻 Service a year ago provided by front line employee was also very good. Both times employees went above and beyond to provide the services I needed at the time, and helped me plan for services I might want to take advantage of in coming months.
Staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. The facility was equipped with modern technology and did a fantastic job handling my testing needs. I would highly recommend their services.
Great service. I thought there would be more to it. Found out my hearing is pretty good still, but if I needed more service; I think they would be good.
When I visited the Sun City office, it had a nice warm feeling to it, and the doctor was very nice as well very pleasant. He actually took me immediately without an appointment. Things get a little rocky after my hearing test I was still unsure about having hearing aid, even though I needed one and simply said I just wasn’t ready, so I took some time to think it over and when I finally went back to try my hearing device Dr.Raymond Delgado was completely different he was short tempered and was very rude.
