My experience at the Lombard HearUSA was excellent. I was seen right away. The hearing aid specialist was kind, patient, and informative. She fixed my hearing aid and gave me some tips on making my hearing aids work better for me. I will go to this location if I have another problem.
Kristine Explained to me pretty well the process, testing and the procedure. If I would be asked for reference of referral, definitely I would recommend esp Kristine.
I just had my 1 year follow up with Hear USA. Very satisfied with the customer service I have been shown. Kristine Kelch has been great and Charles is so helpful in setting up appointments. I have 2 minor problems which Kristine was able to show me how to take care of myself in the future.
The HEAR USA HEARING INSTRUMENT DISPENSER KATRINE KELCH in LOMBARD IL OFFICE is a wonderful, very careful Dispenser, who listens to the client & records on a paper each and every bit of information given then checks on Computer, calls and talks to the EXPERTS to a practical solution to satisfy her client. I’ve had excellent experiences with Kristine at the Lombard office. I’ve had my aids for about one month and couldn’t be happier. I did have to visit the office for a refresher on maintaining the ear pieces. When the connection to blue tooth was disrupted Kristine was able to troubleshoot over the phone. Supportive technical assistance has helped me to transition to hearing aids.
