Kristine Kelch is wonderful. She saw my son on October 9 2025. I was listening on speaker phone. She was kind. She was caring. She was patient. She listened to my son’s concerns. She did not rush him. She was very concerned about his hearing condition. I was very impressed with her. I highly recommend her. I am definitely going to see her concerning my hearing. She is the BEST! My son said “She really is!” I agree.

My experience at the Lombard HearUSA was excellent. I was seen right away. The hearing aid specialist was kind, patient, and informative. She fixed my hearing aid and gave me some tips on making my hearing aids work better for me. I will go to this location if I have another problem.

Kristine Explained to me pretty well the process, testing and the procedure. If I would be asked for reference of referral, definitely I would recommend esp Kristine.

I’ve had excellent experiences with Kristine at the Lombard office. I’ve had my aids for about one month and couldn’t be happier. I did have to visit the office for a refresher on maintaining the ear pieces. When the connection to blue tooth was disrupted Kristine was able to troubleshoot over the phone. Supportive technical assistance has helped me to transition to hearing aids.

I just had my 1 year follow up with Hear USA. Very satisfied with the customer service I have been shown. Kristine Kelch has been great and Charles is so helpful in setting up appointments. I have 2 minor problems which Kristine was able to show me how to take care of myself in the future.
