Kristine Kelch is wonderful. She saw my son on October 9 2025. I was listening on speaker phone. She was kind. She was caring. She was patient. She listened to my son’s concerns. She did not rush him. She was very concerned about his hearing condition. I was very impressed with her. I highly recommend her. I am definitely going to see her concerning my hearing. She is the BEST! My son said “She really is!” I agree.
My experience at the Lombard HearUSA was excellent. I was seen right away. The hearing aid specialist was kind, patient, and informative. She fixed my hearing aid and gave me some tips on making my hearing aids work better for me. I will go to this location if I have another problem.
I just had my 1 year follow up with Hear USA. Very satisfied with the customer service I have been shown. Kristine Kelch has been great and Charles is so helpful in setting up appointments. I have 2 minor problems which Kristine was able to show me how to take care of myself in the future.

Hearing Instrument Dispenser (Kristine Kelch) at the Lombard , IL office was very professional and resolved my Hearing Aid issue very promptly. I walked in to her office due to this issue and she took care of it. I am very much impressed with her service and highly recommend her. I am very much disappointed at the Hear USA office in Hinsdale where I could not even get an appointment for a week to look at my hearing aid issue that I had purchased from the Hinsdale office location in May 2024.
