Very happy with my hearing aids. They’ve made a huge difference. The service that I received was excellent. Sometimes it’s hard to admit that we are aging and that we need hearing aids. Don’t put it off. It makes such a big difference.

The staff here is not good. Poor communication and they don't understand your problem at all. I stopped by because my hearing aids DO NOT WORK. They just offered to clean them. Is that all you do to troubleshoot a technical problem? Is it my phone? Do you need to calibrate them? Reprogram them maybe? Maybe they are broken? No, all they did was clean them and handed them back. What the heck, that's it?
I loved my hearing aids, my highly recommended this best service. I have not using the hearing aids for over 23 years. The sounds balance with digital with devices are excellent! I loved my pink glitter ear molds very much 🤟🏼♥️✊🏼👊🏼✊🏼🤟🏼♥️
This was my second Experience with HearUSA. On both occasions, I experienced their honesty and integrity. The audiologist was great as well as the office staff.
