Well, the place was fine is just that when I called my contact at Worksman comp she still have no request in writing from HearUSA even after 2 weeks of time been wasted. So I called HearUSA and they gave me the runaround. was able to write an email to the president of HearUSA and to this day this man have ignored me and my email so therefore now we all know how much this company care about you and me. I loved my hearing aids, my highly recommended this best service. I have not using the hearing aids for over 23 years. The sounds balance with digital with devices are excellent! I loved my pink glitter ear molds very much 🤟🏼♥️✊🏼👊🏼✊🏼🤟🏼♥️
I think I purchased my first hearing aids about 9 or 10 years ago--I got quality aids at a special price at a private audiologist office. They were helpful, but, of course, not up to recent technological advances. I made appointment for my husband, received service on time promptly. Lady @ front desk is very kind & helpful. Hearing aid tube changed, my husband said he can hear much better & happy for the service. Thank you!
Diana was very helpful took care of my hearing aids. They are cleaned and working properly. She took the time to check them and clean them while trying to get ready for there days work. I was in about 8:30 and was taken care of and stratified with the care she took.
