I was totally blown away by my experience …….and service after my purchase is beyond expectations. Have the hearing aids tested in a sund proof room and wearing the hearing aids in the family room and listing to the TV is like comparing APLE AND ORANGES. NO OFFENSE TO THE TECHNICIAN. Very pleasant experience. Doctor explained all that I need to know. He also hooked my cellphone up with Sigma. Any person in need for hearing aids. I recommend to give Hearing US a try.
Went in there for a six month cleaning for my mom’s hearing aids. We were last told we didn’t need an appointment and now they changed their policy and we need an appointment so I was in the process of making an appointment when the receptionist says you know what I’ll go ahead and just clean them right now anyway it took her like two minutes. she went above and beyond to clean my mom’s hearing aids so I appreciate her. They are very nice there.
