Original hearing aids were purchased over 5 years ago. I was not hearing as well as I had and was concerned about having to replace them. I called and set up an appointment for a hearing test and was pleasantly surprised that you were able to make an adjustment for a very nominate fee. I couldn't be happier

I was impressed by how knowledgeable the audiologists were, and they did a great job of fitting me with useful hearing aids. But when one of the devices stopped working a little over a year later, it was very difficult to get an appointment -- several weeks, and not even at the same store that I had been going to. And then they had to send it in to the manufacturer to be fixed which takes several more weeks.

I gave 1 star bc of how my right hearing aid that is attached to rubberized strings that is attached to the clip that's attached to my clothes fell off 3x. The rubberized strings was less than a year old. They are faulty. I was told by another audiologist that these strings will help me keep the hearing aids secure to me. But they didn't. I lost my right hearing aid 3x I ended up having to pay for new hearing aids through no fault of mine. Each time this happened I was told to pay $250. Total $750. That is not right. I l... read more

I took my hearing aid there for new domes and an old pair that needed repair. Mark was awesome and very helpful. I highly recommend this hearing aid center.
