The service was very thorough and pretty much on time. I would have given a 5 star review but the price of hearing aids seem to have soared. In the past, my insurance covered all of the $3,000 cost. Now with $4k in coverage I had to pay $1,599 out of pocket. The m curious what the markups are on hearing aids.
Customer service oriented and very friendly. The receptionist was knowledgeable and communicated what was happening during my short wait. Cedric took his time to make sure that all settings on my hearing device were complete and correct. Great place to do business.
