This was an insurance referral and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean and modern. The front desk, the technician who ran my test and the Customer Service Representative who closed the deal were all friendly and knowledgeable. There was no upscale and the follow-up has been amazing.
I popped in at HearUSA (where I had purchased my hearing aids) to have my hearing aids cleaned and was so happy that I didn't have to make an apt for later. They welcomed me and took my hearing aids away for a under ten minutes and came back with them saying they were in good shape and they cleaned them and put in with new sensors -- all complimentary
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my personal needs. Filed my insurance claim and got me a much better price that two other places I tried for the same quality product.
I had an outstanding, professional hearing test with Dr. Jespersen. She explained each test carefully. I was impressed at how clearly she enunciated words I needed to repeat. A very good experience! Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience. Great team effort by my Audiologist, Hearing Aid Dispenser, and office clerk in obtaining the right hearing aids for my needs as well as checking in with my union program through LACERA in obtaining coverage for some of the cost of the hearing aids.
