Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my personal needs. Filed my insurance claim and got me a much better price that two other places I tried for the same quality product.
As always, all the staff were warm and courteous. Met with Cedric who was professional and knowledgeable. I do feel the hearing aids available from Hearusa are priced too high, although they are good quality. I would also like to have more software control with adjustments - simply adjusting loudness is not enough.
The staff were very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this place and I enjoyed my experience. I was able to get custom earplugs for $180 which isn’t bad at all.
They were very professional and did a thorough hearing test. They showed me what hearing aid was available. It wasn't really what I was looking for. I guess what I'm looking for is more like an earbud. If I'm someplace noisy I want to just turn noise canceling on and block out all the background noise. I am actually surprised the hearing aid manufacturers don't make a high-end earbud
I popped in at HearUSA (where I had purchased my hearing aids) to have my hearing aids cleaned and was so happy that I didn't have to make an apt for later. They welcomed me and took my hearing aids away for a under ten minutes and came back with them saying they were in good shape and they cleaned them and put in with new sensors -- all complimentary
