Great team effort by my Audiologist, Hearing Aid Dispenser, and office clerk in obtaining the right hearing aids for my needs as well as checking in with my union program through LACERA in obtaining coverage for some of the cost of the hearing aids. HearUSA is all you could ask for in hearing aids. Cedric is exceptionally kind and helpful. The receptionist is great, too. When I had a problem charging the hearing aids, I was able to get help right away. Last but not least, the hearing aids are not hard to use and truly improved my hearing. Five stars!

In a matter of minutes, I received new wires for both my hearing aids and a new microphone brush, all free of charge. They now work like new. It was a great experience. I'm so glad I got my hearing aids at HearUSA.
