I highly recommend this place. I had my hearing test done first. Then I ordered my hearing aids and I had all kinds of choices. Adam Ursell was my Hearing Aid Specialist. He is welcoming and friendly as is the front office person as well. I thought that I would have to get hearing aids that go inside the ear, but I found the thinner ones worked best above my ear without interfering with my classes. My original first experience was with ADAM, and he was kind, and cheerful, and a pleasure to see. I saw him when I bought my hearing aids, and a time after when I needed another hearing test. Adam is no longer there, and I came to an appt. with MARY LECKEY. She was not in a very good mood, and was very nasty and loud. She was more interested in talking about insurance than the reason, I came there. All I wanted to know was why, my hearing aids were not working and I paid $2999 for them and did not know if insurance was used.... read more
