I started out in my first appointment totally ignorant of hearing aides. I was nervous and scared about having to need them. My second session was easier and I am getting used to them. The other day my cell phone did something strange and my hearing aides were affected. I called and was told to come in anytime. "We will be here during our lunch break if that's when you can come". I receive excellent care and personal attention at the Evanston IL Hear USA. Dr. P, the audiologist has all the expertise, and is a pleasure to work with. The receptionist Ava helped me with a technical issue with the iPhone set up. She is very organized and helpful as well. I just purchased my latest pair of hearing aids, and got a very good price, as I did with the first pair. Highly recommended

I recently visited HearUSA for a follow-up to clean and check my hearing aids. My audiologist was friendly and professional, providing me with useful information about my devices, including when to get the batteries checked before my three year warrantee expires. She also reminded me that I could get a free hearing test to see if my devices need adjusting. I appreciated her customer first approach and highly recommend client-centered HearUSA.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Feiffer and her staff. They have been very knowledgeable and professional as well as patient while I am adjusting to my first experience with hearing aids. I am very grateful to have found a professional partnership for my new hearing experience.

There are so many options for hearing available so you may not be certain which option will work for you. I can’t say I had a very helpful & positive experience with Hear USA. Questions are answered & you are not rushed if you need time to understand operating your new hearing aids. Highly recommend this company.
