Have always had great service from Hear USA. This was my first time seeing Naomi at the Evanston location. I was having some feedback issues with my hearing aids. She saw me right at the scheduled time was able to make the necessary adjustments quickly and kindly. Recommend highly.

I received terrific service from Ava the office manager. She was timely in getting back to me to set up my appointment and very kind to me when I came into the office. Most noteworthy was her interactions with an elderly Spanish speaking man who needed hearing aids. He spoke very little English and she was incredibly patient and kind while trying to communicate with him. She was able to use translate on her computer and set up an appointment for him. It was touching. Bravo to Ava.

I started out in my first appointment totally ignorant of hearing aides. I was nervous and scared about having to need them. My second session was easier and I am getting used to them. The other day my cell phone did something strange and my hearing aides were affected. I called and was told to come in anytime. "We will be here during our lunch break if that's when you can come".
