My first appointment did not work out as I had way too much wax in my ears. They were able to schedule a new appointment for a couple of weeks later, giving me time to deal with the wax. The second visit went well and I came home wearing hearing aids which seem like they will work out well.

All was good, I trust the audiologist. I’m having some trouble getting used to the new hearing aids but I know that’s normal and I have a follow up appt in about 12 days so I’ll wait to gather all my questions.
Service and support that this appointment was excellent, as it always is when visiting with the audiologist.
The Evanston office of HearUsa is staffed by a skilled and experienced doctor of audiology. After years of going to technicians, I feel so much better taken care of by Dr. Feffer.
