Dr Lerner is one of the most caring and knowledgeable audiologists I have had the pleasure to deal with! She goes out of her way to provide top shelf customer services with her expert product knowledge. She made my visit a true joy. If you or someone you know is experiencing hearing difficulties I highly recommend you make an appointment and have the best care for you.
What a truly pleasant experience! From the receptionist (who was extremely friendly) to the Dr. The Dr was above n beyond knowledgeable about their products, how they work, prices, etc...I ended up purchasing a pair. My only qualm with the whole visit was no 30 day guarantee meaning; if I don't like them, I can return for a full refund. Hopefully, things will go well.
Chana is very professional, thorough & patient. She makes you feel comfortable & before you leave the office she will make sure you know how to use the phone app, your hearing aids & charger. She makes sure she adjusts your hearing aids to your every day needs. Chana makes the experience painless, comfortable & easy.
