The staff (receptionist/specialist) were great! Mitch(ell) spent a lot of time with me to help me understand the causes and results of hearing loss and did a thorough assessment. He understands the software and workings of the hardware and ensured settings were correct. He went out of the way to work with me to help me get the adjustments just right after an initial trial period. The whole experience at HearUSA was great. It was especially convenient to have a location in Taos nearby.
Mitch Montoya was understanding, kind and informative. The experience was very pleasant and helpful. I felt he really cared that this would be a positive time for me: that I could look forward to better hearing.
I was able to get an appointment without a long wait. The hearing test didn't take long and I got the results immediately. The staff is professional, friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend HearUSA in Taos.
