My visit to Hear USA solved several challenges I was having with my aids. And very quickly. Thank you for a successful visit. The attendant was also very polite and friendly, listening to my issues and going for the resolution of the problem. He also gave me instructions on my phone and iPad connections to my hearing aids, which I greatly appreciated.
Easy to find using Google maps. Went inside talked to Brielle the receptionist and she took care of my issue that l had problems with. She gave me maintenance tips.
Mitchell was great; the hearing test was more extensive than my previous provider, and the follow up has been excellent. Highly recommend.
Brandon is very patient and kind. He explains things so I can understand.
Excellent, professional service. Clear explanation of testing and its results, options for hearing aids amd of the use of the aids.
