My visit to Hear USA solved several challenges I was having with my aids. And very quickly. Thank you for a successful visit. The attendant was also very polite and friendly, listening to my issues and going for the resolution of the problem. He also gave me instructions on my phone and iPad connections to my hearing aids, which I greatly appreciated.
Mitchell was great; the hearing test was more extensive than my previous provider, and the follow up has been excellent. Highly recommend.
Easy to find using Google maps. Went inside talked to Brielle the receptionist and she took care of my issue that l had problems with. She gave me maintenance tips.
I am very satisfied with the service received from HEAR USA. ReAnna & Branden are very friendly, helpful, and both provide professional service to me. My wait time is within a 5 minute wait.
