The folks in the Taos office were extremely courteous and helpful.
The staff (receptionist/specialist) were great! Mitch(ell) spent a lot of time with me to help me understand the causes and results of hearing loss and did a thorough assessment. He understands the software and workings of the hardware and ensured settings were correct. He went out of the way to work with me to help me get the adjustments just right after an initial trial period. The whole experience at HearUSA was great. It was especially convenient to have a location in Taos nearby.
