The atmosphere is pleasant. The receptionist/assistant is very professional, pleasant, helpful. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Very pleasant as well. She showed genuine concern about her clients condition!
Excellent hearing exam conducted by audiologist. Results showed marginal hearing loss that did not recommend a hearing aid requirement at this time. Audiologist Joyce Dittenhoefer... is exemplary and a very capable professional, was personable and extremely helpful. Plus she didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.
Walked in taking a chance and showing up with no appointment. 10 minutes later I was on my way, with my Bluetooth fixed. Merry Christmas to me. Thank you!
great experience and support for my husband by Joyce Dittenhoefer- brilliant woman, cuts to the chase, great listener, : ) and a super fine person. solves our problems and does the best fit with devices and what ever hearing you have at the moment. Everyone who works there is a charm.
Joyce the audiologist and Doris the office manager are always helpful and available. My charger was acting up and Joyce took care of the problem in one quick visit. thank you
