The staff were very pleasant and understanding. They were very attentive to me.
Brought my Mom here to be assessed by Dr. Hauser and could not be more pleased. She was extremely helpful and patient. She explained everything she was doing. Scheduling our initial appointment with Doris, she was also very helpful and friendly. Parking was better than I expected being this office is located in White Plains with some metered on-street parking in front and across the street. I took my father to Hear USA to get new hearing aids. Very clean office, professional and caring doctor. Explained all options and patiently assisted him in selecting the best option. I would recommend it!
A welcoming, upbeat, and nice receptionist, Dora, greeted me. Joy, the personable, patient, and informative audiologist, gave me a thorough examination and clear, complete answers to my several questions. She updated my hearing aids with new wires. Then she and Dora sent me home with a supply of batteries and a wish for happy holidays!
I was seen promptly upon arrival by Dr. Joy. She was very pleasant and dealt with my issues in a thoroughly professional manner. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might be interested.
