The audiologist was very courteous she took the time to explain how my new hearing aides worked and I love my new hearing aides!
Dr Joy was excellent with my 92 yrs young Mom. She has great communication skills , patience, kind and thorogh, Thank you😊
I am torn because the audiologist was very good and sympathetic. BUt I am virtually deaf without my aids.It is not the fault of your staff and I have to go back to have my aids re adjusted, Which I was already told would be the case by the DR,I just can't give a valid rating becasue my hearing is so poor. And my ENT has recommended a cochlear implant.
I highly recommend HearUSA. Dr. Joyce put me at ease immediately and was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate all the time she spent with me.
