great experience and support for my husband by Joyce Dittenhoefer- brilliant woman, cuts to the chase, great listener, : ) and a super fine person. solves our problems and does the best fit with devices and what ever hearing you have at the moment. Everyone who works there is a charm.
I just received my hearing aids yesterday morning. The Audiologist Joyce Dittenhoefer was very good and patient with me. And Doris was helpful also. I went to Hearusa in White Plains.
My experience at White Plains USA was awesome ! They are pleasant and knowledgeable. Joyce explained everything to me with clarity so I would understand. I would recommend them to anyone.
Everything was great with the visit. My only disappointment was that I had to wait for the next day for an email of "Do's and Don't's". It would have been helpful to have this as a handout or part of the provided documentation.
I arrived just at lunch time, and they have 30 minutes break, the person at the counter explained me, that they will take around 30 minutes, but I only waited for 10 minutes, I really appreciate that. Excellent service..
