Everything was great with the visit. My only disappointment was that I had to wait for the next day for an email of "Do's and Don't's". It would have been helpful to have this as a handout or part of the provided documentation.
Joy is terrific. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to try various options to improve my hearing experience. And Doris the receptionist is first class. Can’t imagine a better rxperience
I arrived just at lunch time, and they have 30 minutes break, the person at the counter explained me, that they will take around 30 minutes, but I only waited for 10 minutes, I really appreciate that. Excellent service..
