The atmosphere is pleasant. The receptionist/assistant is very professional, pleasant, helpful. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Very pleasant as well. She showed genuine concern about her clients condition!
Excellent hearing exam conducted by audiologist. Results showed marginal hearing loss that did not recommend a hearing aid requirement at this time. Audiologist Joyce Dittenhoefer... is exemplary and a very capable professional, was personable and extremely helpful. Plus she didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.
Great service! Very knowledgeable, understanding, takes time explaining , hands on and friendly. I would highly recommend! This is for my mom’s hearing aid’s.
