Great office and team run by extremely nice and helpful Doris at the front desk. And Dr. Joyce is also great about directly addressing questions and concerns offering great advise. I follow all her advise and end results with my hearing aids are perfect.
This being my second set of hearing aids I went in optimistically hopeful of emerging better off than when I went in. My audiologist, Joyce, schooled me on the process of my brain and my new instruments having to adjust together. She assured me it is a process and that together, her and I, in a few visits that are included in the service that I would surely emerge better off in volumes. I felt the audiologist at the White Plains location was capable and pleasant. She fixed my hearing aids great! Will go there again.
Friendly, professional, caring and followed up. Had preliminary meeting to review options and ordered new hearing aids. Doctor was very kind and experienced.
Absolutely horrible experience with this location. Been trying to visit here for more than 5 months. But every time they keep changing the appointment dates with ridiculous excuses . Sometimes they say the doctor has jury duty, other times they say doctor is on vacation! From January to may they rescheduled my appointments at least four times. I was okay at first.
