Took my dad in for the first time and we were very happy with their service. The Audiologist was great. She explained everything step by step she is very caring and the ladies in the front desk were so helpful and nice.
Easy to make an appointment , the front desk registration was quick and efficient. The Audiologist was kind and went above and beyond to help mom with the test and hearing aid cleaning and check it out. We will come back in 3 months time for regular hearing aid stuff.
The audiologist there is so nice and patient. I really appreciate how kind and helpful she is. The office personnel are also very kind and there is almost no wait when we arrive for our appointments. I really appreciate the quality of service here. I wish more places were like this.
The biggest problem with Hear USA located in Queens blvd is parking. The solution is bring someone else to stay in the car or use the parking in the mall or use the subway that lets you off in the corner. The office is well organized and friendly. The audiologist was very thorough in the examination and took her time I did not feel being rushed. All my questions were answered efficiently.
Dr Platovsky was amazing!!! She made the process of getting my mom’s hearing tested then selecting her hearing and aids, virtually seamless. She explains everything with great detail. Great experience!!
