The director of Audiology, Allison Mazzella is beyond amazing. She was so patient with my mom, explained everything slowly and with such detail and true concern. Super knowledgeable and does not rush. I highly recommend seeing her. You don’t find people as attentive anymore and kind.
The audiologist was professional and thorough in her explanation of my hearing loss and the alternatives for hearing aid purchase.
The young man at the front desk is a true professional in every way makes the patients feel welcome and gives the impression that he is there to help. Great experience. Michele is the best. Always willing to go the extra mile. Extremely professional.
Took my mom to Hear USA's Rego Park location. The doctor as well as the office staff were very courteous and professional. There were some paperwork to fill out and maybe a ten minute wait thereafter to see the doctor. The doctor explained the different types of aides available, their positives/negatives, and answered our questions with clarity and patience. I'm glad i took my mom to this location as everything went very smoothly and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.
HEAR USA was Fabulous with my mother inlaw, who has beginning demention. They were very patient and kind and made her feel comfortable. Amazing job, she went home with hearing aids and being able to hear in one visit!
