I got an appointment right away. I was told they had a cancelation. How lucky. I was having a issue with my hearing aids not working as they should. Kimberly is awesome she checked my hearing aids and cleaned them. They are working great now. I will go back in a couple weeks and she will make any adjustments needed. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Thank you
The audiologist, Kimberly Zurla, was the only person in the store/office and she was helpful, efficient, very clear and lovely to work with. She did a thorough hearing exam and then explained the next steps and what needs to be done. I will be returning and I would recommend this location to friends and family.
Andy at the front desk is very professional and friendly at the same time. She’s quite welcoming. Dr. Kim is excellent at what she does and I feel very secure being under her care.
The encounter with HearUSA in Suffern, NY, was very pleasant and productive. Dr. Kimberly Zurla asked the proper questions and listened very carefully to my replies. Thereafter, she suggested the proper type of device which would be best. We proceeded to have the device made and a couple of weeks later, it was delivered. As expected, such devices do need minor adjustments which were made accordingly.
The staff is great. They were patient and professional with me as I worked my way through the hearing aid purchase process. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
