Dr. K Zurla is always very thorough and clear in her explanations and in her understanding of my hearing needs. I appreciate her attention to detail and ability to understand things that I need her to adjust and help me to manage when adjusting my hearing aid. I strongly recommend her for anyone who needs to address their hearing needs.
Helen (front desk) greeted me enthusiastically and we reviewed some paperwork. I have never worn hearing aids so I didn’t know what to expect. AD Kimberly ran me through a hearing test. Afterwards she showed me a few options. She is very thorough and very nice.
