Dr. Gorelik has the patient of a saint. She took her time doing the hearing test and to explain everything to me. She fitted me for aids and walked me through the process. I felt comfortable asking questions and she answered them all. She has a sunny disposition. Her staff is just as welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone and I look forward to my follow-up to make sure all is working well.. you can bearly see 👀 the aids and that's a good thing for me! Thanks DOC. !
Dr Gorelik is amazing. Her positive and reassuring approach and warm and friendly personality makes me thankful I chose Hear USA over the big box stores. Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction is clearly the priority and her experience and technical knowledge was spot on in suggesting adjustments for my 92 year old mom who is not ambulatory. Dr. Gorelik is an amazing doctor! She has so much patience, explains everything about the hearing aid including how it works, how to setup the app, and explains all of the functions of the hearing aid (volume settings, noise control, etc.). Had a wonderful experience taking my grandfather to see the audiologist at this location. Dr. Gorelik was extremely patient and explained everything to my grandfather who doesn't speak english well, it was a pleasure that she spoke Russian. She was extremely punctual and respected our time during the visit.
Galina, the Administrative Assistant, and Dr. Gorelick-- especially-- are extremely patient, knowledgeable, do not push any product on you that you do not need, advise carefully and with explanations on the pros and cons of different devices, and are generally top professionals! Have gone with two different family members and attended every appointment, and remain extremely impressed. Strong recommendation!
