It was really great. Erin was smart, engaging, knew her stuff, not a salesperson but interesting in offering the right solution for my needs and lifestyle. My daughter came with me to the appointment, looking at hearing aids, and we had fun. The United Healthcare insurance discount makes the hearing aids available here about 30% less expensive. Yipee.
Erin was very professional and thorough. She seemed to be savvy of all the procedures needed, checking up as well, to be sure of her directives and the insurance coverage. She is a lovely, friendly person.
It has been a pleasure to work with Erin. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me solve some particular issues I had with my hearing. I felt like I had a partner to work with, rather than someone just telling me what to do.
Nadya the receptionist was very very knowledgeable. Erin the Audiologist was so very listening as my problems seemed to be a bit complex. But she persevered and adjusted my problems with care. Thank you all.
