I had an excellent experience with today`s visit. Dr. Lavalle and her apprentice, Imani, were courteous, informative and helpful. They made the ordeal of having to have hearing aids very manageable.
Patricia is the best! I received more personalized and thorough care than I ever got from Mass Eye and Ear. They even take your phone calls. Amazing in 2023.
The staff was very pleasant to work with an extremely knowledgeable, made the whole process, very easy and relaxed
Without being a client, Patricia helped me over the phone to provide a new charger. She was proficient, knowledgable, EXTREMEY helpful and conscientious.
