I was really happy wirh Hear USA service from receptionist. They are courteous and professional. Don't have to wait long on scheduled appointments. The Dr was very knowledgeable and professional. I went in wirh my brocken hearing aid. I was able to bee seen within a few days. I thought I was going to have to pay but Dr told me I still had warranty. I was so glad, it made my day. We have enough stress in our life. It's nice to have my broken hearing aid without any problems. 4 stars for them
Service with a smile. It's been a year since my husband got his hearing aids. At 79, he's not the most tech savvy person. Nevertheless, he is always treated respectfully and courteously whenever we stop in with a question. You can buy good hearing aids anywhere, but excellent service is rare
My first hearing aids were purchased in 2021. I went into to upgrade and I'm very satisfied with the new hearing aids. Everything is crystal clear and Dr. DeRosa is a wonderful, patient and knowledgeable Doctor.
Dr. Steve was so patient, and knowledgeable. He really explained clearly about hearing and the difference between hearing aids and amplifiers. It was a very comfortable experience!
I’m from out of town and needed help with my hearing aids. I was treated extremely well by the receptionist and the technician. Both were very personable.
