Exceptional care and concerned was shown for my dad who is 85 and has experience severe hearing loss . We were given a solution that gets my dad almost back to 100%of what he would’ve been 25-30 years ago.
Very disappointed with how this office verifies insurance. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule and ask if they take my father’s insurance and provided all insurance information. Tracy took down my information and said yes we do take the insurance. Now the day before the appointment I receive a call from Tracy asking for insurance information, I told her I provided that 3 weeks ago when it was scheduled and I was told my insurance was in network. Dr. Michael, made the experience very helpful and knowledgeable for me. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and kind.
Steve,took his time and explained everything to me and didn't rush through the information before, during and after the audio exam.. I felt well informed when I left, with the information be provided me with. I would recommend them, if you are having trouble with your hearing.
