My experience with HEARUSA starting over two years ago, with my first ever set of hearing aids has never been anything less then EXCELANT. Steve Fornero, at the Oak Lawn, IL. Office who first fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids and has followed up with them is extremely knowledgeable and has always taken the time to fully explain his adjustments and answer any questions that I that I might have had. I made an appointment to see the doctor hoping to get my ears looked at and have the wax build-up removed but found they did not provide that service. The doctor did recommend a place which worked out very well. Very much grateful.

Exceptional care and concerned was shown for my dad who is 85 and has experience severe hearing loss . We were given a solution that gets my dad almost back to 100%of what he would’ve been 25-30 years ago.
