Dr. Steve was so patient, and knowledgeable. He really explained clearly about hearing and the difference between hearing aids and amplifiers. It was a very comfortable experience!
I had a terrible experience with my first provider. I went into Hearing USA with tears in my eyes because I spent so much on hearing aids and they didn’t sit and weren’t comfortable. The audiologist Steve was informative, caring and understanding. I highly recommend them.
I’m from out of town and needed help with my hearing aids. I was treated extremely well by the receptionist and the technician. Both were very personable.
I am very happy with Dr. Michael, an ear specialist. He is a very efficient doctor. The way he treated, the secretary was great. Something else I liked is that the doctor makes an effort to care for his patients. I recommend him 100%.
Went in due to phone no longer able to control hearing aid volume. Dr reinstalled app and works great. Also got hearing test while there. Very friendly and great service
