Everything was very professional from check-in to check-out I enjoyed talking with Steve he explained everything in words that I understood and when I looked a little puzzled he asked me if I had any questions, and he took time to explain everything and I really appreciated him answering my questions I would receive Hear-USA to everyone

Steve in the Oak Lawn location was our technician, he took his time to carefully go through every step of the process, he assessed my dad’s ears, explained the testing process, listened to our concerns and truly took the time to hear about my dad and his medical and hearing history. He was patient with my dad who doesn’t speak English fluently, and was patient and encouraging when I was translating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I see Steve when I go and he is very knowledgeable and patient. He will always squeeze you in his schedule when needed. Thumbs up to this Hear USA office! 👍🏻

I’ve been a patient of Hear-USA / Sonus for 30+ years and have always received excellent care. All of the staff from years ago until present have been outstanding.
