This place is so unprofessional.Dr. Mike is a jittery hyper No mind. Receptionist & Dr. Obviously don't communicate because they both were very confused with different answers about my services. Needless to say this place was A Huge waste of time only for me to start from scratch at another like business. I have reported this place to health authorities & an investigation has been started. My first visit was a year ago, to get my first set of hearing aids. I was very pleased with the testing and the fact that could walk out with my hearing aids. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. This year was no different except my insurance terms were different. I have to go back to get my new hearing aids but, this is no fault of Hear USA. Very pleased with the service!
