My name is Hal. My wife's name inexplicably pops up but anyway let me say that Presley was the audiologist to help me and she is fantastic. There is not a question that you should feel uncomfortable asking. She's heard them all. She wants to make sure the finest adjustments are made to maximize the quality of your hearing. At least that was my experience.
Presley took the time to answer any question I had. I am very satisfied with her. The only problem I had was it took three weeks to get my one hearing aid repaired and sent back to me.
Presley did a hearing evaluation on my husband. It was easy and showed he had some hearing loss in one ear since his last evaluation. She was able to adjust his hearing aid so that he now hears even better in both ears. We are very pleased with our visit with Presley at HearUSA.
Presley Larik-Fiorilli, Audiologist and Sam, Administrative Assistant, are professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I am looking forward to returning to this office for all of my hearing aid needs and follow-up appointments.
Wonderful staff and a great result. It was so easy to get an appointment and then get my hearing tested, and finally my hearing aids. They fit comfortably and are barely visible, but do the job!
