I had a very positive experience working with Kelli and Mary at HearUSA. Kelli, the Audiologist, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. There were at least three times I went in for questions and adjustments to my hearing aids. This was my first time being fit with hearing aids and I was so grateful that I didn’t feel like a burden asking so many questions. I would definitely recommend the HearUSA hearing specialists in Grand Ledge. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable.
