Staff & audiologist Kristy were great. Answered all my questions & explained results of my tests. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an audiologist.
After our HEAR USA office closed in Washington PA, we chose follow up in Glen Dale. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Kristy went above & beyond in assisting both my wife and me.

Hearing aids that I got off of them two years ago started to act up and was not pairing with my phone went back to hear, USA and they seen the problem. Automatically warranted the hearing aids and ordered a new pair all covered under warranty.
Hear USA in Glendale, West Virginia is a very nice place to go for hearing aids and also for hearing aid repairs the people there are very friendly, and I enjoy working with them and talking with them. I give this place five stars.
