Very friendly and thorough with hearing exam and finding the right hearing aids to fit my needs.
We were supposed to get a free phone to assist with hearing loss. It's been months and we never received it or a call about it. We paid $1700 FOR ONE hearing aid. Not a pair, but one.
My problem was taken care of very efficiently. No waiting time. I appreciate the service I receive from Hear USA. Thank you.

In addition, her genuine desire to meet my needs led me to not only secure one set of hearing aids, but also caused me to make a decision to order the more compact, smaller and easier to handle hearing aids.
