Kudos to Kristie in Glen Dale WV for her kindness and compassion in caring for ALL of my needs! In addition, her genuine desire to meet my needs led me to not only secure one set of hearing aids, but also caused me to make a decision to order the more compact, smaller and easier to handle hearing aids.
