Our family was in Alexandria on vacation. After arriving at the lake resort, my husband, noticed he forgot his hearing aid charging docking station. We called Hear USA store in Alexandria, which was only 5 minutes from the resort, and ask about charging his hearing aid. The staff was very kind and helpful, allowing him to borrow a docking station for the week. Thank you very much as it was nice my husband was able to hear and enjoy is vacation. Such great service.
