Very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist answered all my questions and made my appointment. Andrea made me feel comfortable and went through everything so good. She fitted me for hearing aids with a couple different options until I found the one I thought was best. She went into detail about how to do everything and why. I am very grateful for how they treated me. Very professional.
Just awesome service with my mom! Andrea was so thorough… kind and explains everything so well! My mom was dead set against hearing aids and now just loves the whole new world you guys opened up! Highly recommend!
Very efficient and friendly. Good experience, the hearing aids are much better than the “over the counter” ones I was using.
Dropped nonworking aid and was told it would be looked at 1pm. Got a call an hour later that Andrea had time between appts and cleaned it and was working. Great work and I appreciated not having to leave it there till next trip to town. Would recommend this place and Andrea
Very professional. Honest with the testing. Knowledgeable and honest that I didn't need hearing aids. Suggested my husband go through the VA to save $. Felt no pressure to purchase. I would go back to retest in the future.
