Dropped nonworking aid and was told it would be looked at 1pm. Got a call an hour later that Andrea had time between appts and cleaned it and was working. Great work and I appreciated not having to leave it there till next trip to town. Would recommend this place and Andrea
Very professional. Honest with the testing. Knowledgeable and honest that I didn't need hearing aids. Suggested my husband go through the VA to save $. Felt no pressure to purchase. I would go back to retest in the future.
Receptionist was very professional and informative. Andrea was excellent with the hearing test and fitting for hearing aids. I will definitely be a customer of their company
had a 4:30 apmt. got in a little early and was on my way home by 4:30. My hearing aids were adjusted and I am happy.
