Andrea and Angie do an amazing job. Both are extremely friendly and efficient. Andrea is the 4th audiologist/tech that I've dealt with over the last 10 years and none of them come even close to Andrea. She is very knowledgeable, always caring, and listens to my input before resolving any and all issues, without exception.
We're very friendly and willing to answer questions. Did not appear to get rid of you when they were done doing what was needed.
This experience was very positive. Andrea our hearing aid tech was very well informed, answered questions in a very thoughtful fashion. We really liked the office appointments.
Very knowledgeable,got me set up. I have nothing to compare my experience to, but time will tell. Getting me dialed in with hearing aids on follow up more to learn than one would think.
Service with a smile the minute I walked through the front door. Andrea the audiologist took great care in measuring my hearing loss and then carefully explaining what my options were in terms of types of hearing aids available and their corresponding price points. Gratefull for the excellent quality of service that has allowed me to hear a little better.
